1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa. If you are outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@drinkfullswing.co.za before ordering to discuss available shipping options.
2. Shipping Times & Processing
2.1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2.2. Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Please Note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders placed after 13:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over R500 (where applicable).
- Express Shipping: If available, the cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your order’s progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact support@drinkfullswing.co.za.
5. Delivery Issues & Missing Orders
5.1. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, check with your neighbours or courier service.
- If you suspect theft or an incorrect delivery, contact us at support@drinkfullswing.co.za within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
5.2. Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before reaching out. If the delay continues, contact support@drinkfullswing.co.za for assistance.
5.3. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@drinkfullswing.co.za with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the package and shipping label
We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
